At Primary Care West, our patient's health care is our primary concern. Because we are a small clinic, we are able to provide personal care in a sensitive way to the patients we serve. We pride ourselves on ensuring that each patient receives the time needed with their practitioner during each appointment. We encourage and promote patients to achieve their personal health goals to lead healthier lives.
Primary Care West has received recognition as a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home by the Oregon Health Authority. This recognition reflects the extent to which our clinic has demonstrated excellence in providing high-quality person and family-centered care.
